Terms of Service applies to all users of this site including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors customers, merchants, etc. By visiting our site and purchasing something from us you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
- We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only.
- We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household or order.
- When orders are placed a reference number will be generated in order to track your package.
- Orders received before noon, will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after noon, will be shipped the next business day.
- Orders will be delivered to the address associated with your account.
- We ship orders via Canada Post Xpresspost.
- Shipping is free for orders over $150 with Canada Post and over $200 with Purolator. Please note that tracking is not included in the free delivery. Customer must pay for tracking service if desired.
- Smaller orders ship for a flat rate shipping fee: Canada Post Xpresspost $5 CAD, Purolator Express $15 CAD
- Receipt and tracking will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time order is placed.
- Estimated delivery times: Canada Post Xpresspost 1 to 3 business days, Purolator Express 1 to 2 business days
Contact us via phone or e-mail within 24 hours of receiving product order for an exchange or refund. We will refund the portion of the product we receive at our office using the original purchase price and original method of payment.
When returning a product for a refund, customer should consider using a trackable shipping service as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
